Scaled cold outbound off Google Workspace
Arc is a fintech building into a market where sender credibility is load-bearing — VC and startup buyers sit behind serious filtering, and sending from a shared Workspace domain caps out fast. They needed to scale cold outreach into that audience without risking the reputation of the domains their team uses for customer-facing email.
We deployed a separate outbound stack: aged subdomains, pre-warmed IPs, and authentication posture matched to what security-conscious inboxes look for in legitimate senders. Critically, the outbound system ran in parallel to their existing Workspace sending — never touching the primary domain, never sharing reputation with it.
