SuccessionHR needed to scale cold outreach into enterprise HR buyers — inside organizations with enterprise-grade filtering — without damaging any of their other sending.

Enterprise HR buyers sit behind some of the strictest email filtering on the internet. Reaching them at volume means sending infrastructure credible enough to survive that scrutiny, and consistent enough to not flag as a new or suspicious sender. SuccessionHR needed all of that — and they needed to keep every one of their other sending streams unaffected while they pushed cold volume hard.

We built the outbound stack separately from their primary domains: dedicated subdomains warmed into enterprise inboxes over a structured ramp, IP reputation established across enterprise-grade security environments, and ongoing monitoring tuned to the filtering patterns that enterprise HR inboxes use. Cold outbound runs at scale; their transactional, marketing, and corporate sending stays untouched.

We wanted an efficient, scalable way to reach more people who could benefit from our platform. Senders turned out to be a very smart move given the results. From optimization of our email open rates to regular support, Senders has become a valuable link in our strategy.
